Now that it is almost summer we are basically in peak shishito pepper season! I love shishito peppers so much they are great for snacking and this is how I like to make them.
I get mine at Trader Joe’s but you can find them usually at Asian markets, farmers markets, Whole Foods – they are around so keep your eyes peeled for them because they are so good. Every 1 in 10 (or I’ve also heard 1 in 7) is spicy so be prepared because you never know when you’ll get that little kick! These are one of my favorite snacks, so good!
