After our last mushroom experiment I knew I needed to keep trying different methods of making mushrooms more meaty.. I like to see what happens when things interact with mushrooms, like MSG. So I topped off some mushrooms with MSG, Salt, Baking soda, and some meat tenderizer to see how the mushrooms would react… I was pleasantly surprised!!
